Exchange Return and Refund Policy

You acknowledge that these conditions for returns and exchanges are only applicable to direct sales between Us and You; sales made by third parties are not covered by these terms.
All purchases made from Us through the Site, social media, WhatsApp, or any other online communication channel via Our customer service representatives or in-store are subject to these conditions.
Before Exchnage :

After Exchnage :
- After Quality Control receives and approves the return order in our warehouse, the exchange procedure starts.

The exchange process takes two to three working days once the product is received and approved by quality control in our warehouse.
- When the original product is returned, the exchange product of your choice will be shipped via courier. The customer will be informed of the payment settlement.

Conditions
The product may only be returned in exchange for another product of equal value, a credit note, or shop credit.
You can return your product to the warehouse address you provided with your original purchase if you would like to exchange it for a different product, and then place a second order for the replacement item or products using your credit note or store credit.
The product that is being returned must be UNUSED and have all tags still on it. Only unused items with their original tags attached will be eligible for credit towards your purchases.
We at TERAAH have worked hard to ensure that the colours and images of our products that are displayed on the website are as accurate as possible.
Howeever, we cannot, guarantee that the colour you see on your monitor will be exactly correct because computer monitors differ.
