Exchange Return and Refund Policy

You acknowledge that these conditions for returns and exchanges are only applicable to direct sales between Us and You; sales made by third parties are not covered by these terms.
All purchases made from Us through the Site, social media, WhatsApp, or any other online communication channel via Our customer service representatives or in-store are subject to these conditions.
Before Exchnage :

- Customers will need to send the products back to our warehouse at the specified address after receiving confirmation of their exchange.
After Exchnage :
- After Quality Control receives and approves the return order in our warehouse, the exchange procedure starts.
- You have the option to select a different replacement or swap the product.
The exchange process takes two to three working days once the product is received and approved by quality control in our warehouse.
- When the original product is returned, the exchange product of your choice will be shipped via courier. The customer will be informed of the payment settlement.
